Experienced Back Office Medical Assistant needed for Internal Medicine practice in Vista. It is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and medical and dental benefits are offered. We are looking for a well-organized individual who is able to work with minimal oversight. Candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish and have a minimum of 2 years experience as a back office medical assistant in a doctor’s office. Please do not apply if you do not meet this minimum.
Job involves all aspects of the back office including, but not limited to: vitals, injections, autoclave, EKG, back office ordering and maintaining clean and orderly exam rooms. Some front office skills to include greeting and scheduling patients, telephones, chart preparation and knowledge of insurance and the authorization process is also necessary.
